  1. www.rathodpatola.in (Rathod Patola Art) shall not give or provide any refund, returns, cancellation, replacement & exchange in any circumstances.
  2. If you are not sure about product fabric and luster kindly contact us for more pictures, video or you can also make video call for same. There are 3 different types of patola such as 1. Single Ikat Rajkot Patola, its 5×6 ply. 2. Semi Double Ikat Rajkot Patola, its 7×8 ply and its also known as replica of double ikat patola as its design is same as double ikat patola. And 3. Double Ikat or Patan Patola its designed in warp and weft both threads. All patola sarees and dupattas made with 100% pure mulberry silk and 100% handwoven with goverment approved silk mark label. We are weaving since 1981.

    3. Please take your time to choose color, design and size before placing order.

  3. Transit Damages- We always takes every care to dispatch the orders in proper and good conditions, with properly polythene package and wrapped with paper. Though the package and dispatched goods may be damaged/soiled due to delivery procedure or customs procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same. In case the authorities of any places fail to accept the package, for any reason, Rajendra.co will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account.
  4. (For India)All Product Prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

Ply : means the number of silk threads that are twisted around one another to create one single thread.

Warp : Its vertical thread in fabric.

Weft : Its horizontal thread in fabric.

REFUND POLICY


Please be informed that Patola by Jaysukh bhai is the brand of Rathod Patola Art. 

We don’t offer returns on our products.

If they are found damaged here is our policy on returns:

1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within 3 days after delivery. In case the package is received in damaged condition, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling us at +91 91576 59029

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at rathodpatola555@gmal.com a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take the necessary action.

3. Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned.

  1. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.

    5. Once your return has been authorized, we will issue a store credit note or we can refund the amount deducting the shipping charges against the purchase. 

    The refund of your damaged products will be credited in customers a/c by 10 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not allow for the cancellation of orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and patience so that the item you purchase is something you love.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.

We do not accept the exchange of a product for reasons like:

  • Not like the Color
  • Not eligible for Size Exchange.
  • Not like the Design/Material
  • Or simply a change of mind
  • Items bought on sale/discount cannot be exchanged.
  • Products that are Customized, as per the instructions of the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

     

If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please email us at rathodpatola555@gmal.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item as soon as the packaging has been opened.

     

We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over after 48 hours of delivery. Our policy lasts 48 hours of delivery. If 48 hours have gone by since the product has been delivered, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.

We’d request you ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, the same product, or a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges in case of any manufacturing defects in the product or an incorrect product has been delivered to you.
